Partner Services Lead
This position will be responsible for supporting the Partner Database Manager with reporting, data exports, basic queries, and coding in the Raiser’s Edge database. In addition, they will be responsible for oversight and support of the Partner Service team members: working with the Partner Database Manager to create and implement Partner Services processes; ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are on track; making sure team members are cross trained to support each other; and handling specialized requests from partners and staff.


Accountant
Incumbent should have experience working with multiple legal entities. The ideal candidate is responsible, thorough, a self-starter, able to research issues and present findings and recommended solutions, strong in computer skills, able to work independently, catches on quickly to new systems, experienced in intercompany reconciliations and challenging bank reconciliations.

Staff Accountant/Sr. Staff Account
Not-for-profit Christian organization seeks an experienced Sr. Staff Accountant to perform routine accounting functions such as ledger/account maintenance, account analysis, reconciliation, and journal posting in keeping with Statement of Financial Standards (SFAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies and procedures. Incumbent will prepare financial reports through analysis of simple operating statistics and/or financial data and provide relevant financial information that improves the planning and control decisions of managers related to the accounting function.

Requirements include 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance, and prior accounting experience.


Administrative Assistant (Finance)
The focus of the Finance administrative assistant is to provide administrative support for the Finance Department. This position maintains files, schedules appointments, prepares deposits, maintains workflow, resolves administrative problems, maintains supplies inventory and contributes to the overall department team effort. Requirements: Experience in an administrative position preferred, PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, and Excel. Experience writing professional memos, preparing correspondence, and taking notes.
