From Anger … to HOPE in Christ!

We’re so grateful for you — and for your dedication to the vision of OneHope, reaching every child and youth with God’s Word.

You’re sharing the Good News with young people like Khufu, a teenager who was trying to escape the difficulties of his life through drugs — but found himself addicted.

He lives in one of the poorest Asian nations — a place where Buddhism has shaped the culture, and believers often face persecution.

When he received a Book of Hope at school, Khufu told the teacher it made him angry that she would give him this trash!

But as he paged through the book … he found he wanted to read it … and was soon immersed in the story — By the end, he read the prayer and dedicated his life to Christ!

Khufu was filled with joy.  His new faith gave him the strength to quit doing drugs, but his family wasn’t supportive and told him that he could reject Jesus or get out of their house.

“Jesus is the real God, even if you don’t like Him,” Khufu told them. “I want to know Him more.”

Today, Khufu lives at the local church, and his church family joins him in praying his parents will soon come to know Jesus, too.

Thank you, dear friend, for sending Khufu, and millions like him, the message of salvation!

Today, a limited-time matching challenge opportunity for Asia Pacific doubles your generosity: the Light for Asia Matching Challenge will enable us to share God’s Word with six million children and youth in Asia. Please give as the Lord leads!
