In Malawi, where Christian and traditional beliefs often intertwine, a young teen named Morithi grew up in church but felt little connection to faith. 

His parents worried he was unfocused and disobedient — until his church began using our Lead Today program, developed in partnership with leadership expert John C. Maxwell. 

Through lessons on godly leadership — culminating in the example of Jesus, the ultimate servant leader — something changed. Morithi gave his life to Christ. Today, he serves as a student leader in children’s ministry and is known for his discipline, vision, and deep commitment to prayer and Scripture. 

His teacher says, “He has gained confidence in Christ, set goals for his life, and inspires his friends to live for God.”
