Fellows Experience

The Experience

Throughout the program, you will have an incredible opportunity to work and live alongside a global cohort of individuals who are also passionate about strategic missions and effective ministry design.

You’ll have upfront access to top Christian leaders and receive firsthand experience to design effective ministry models. Through design sessions and personal coaching, you will be provided the skills needed to become a leader in both a missional and ministry context.

Educational Enrichment

As you advance and earn your Master of Global Ministry Design degree, you will be taught by practitioners at OneHope, including OneHope’s President Rob Hoskins. Professors from Southeastern University will also enrich your graduate degree experience.

Community + Spiritual Life

The Fellows program is intentionally designed to foster a community of study with your peers. You will also gain relevant insight from top Christian leaders as you expand your network. Through enriching spiritual and community experiences, you will grow in your leadership abilities, spiritual maturity, and professional development.

Professional Development

During your fellowship at OneHope, you will grow in your ability to think strategically, design ministry models, and innovate new solutions. You will also have the chance to gain a deep understanding of the role of the Global Church.

The Advancement team is responsible for advocacy, fundraising and communication efforts for OneHope.

Education Initiatives

Education Initiatives provides Christ-based education leadership and management to the global church in the form of schools planning, development, and assessment through leverage of catalytic partnerships.

Finance & Administration

Responsible for setting wise administrative processes, ensuring financial transparency, and overseeing compliance with human resources regulations.

Global Regions

Work alongside those that oversee our global regions.

Ministry Design

This group is responsible for architecting ministry models and developing program strategies to assist the field in their work.

Ministry Operations

Ministry Operations exists to support and serve our regional offices through careful listening, intentional and customized process and structure development.

Office of the President

Leverages the vision and knowledge leadership of the president to strengthen church and ministry partnerships, incubate new opportunities, and catalyze new collaborative ministry.

Product Development

Product Development creates the Scripture Engagement products utilized by the ministry’s field teams, and are experts at taking a concept from idea to execution.
