Thailand’s next generation is in desperate need of God’s Word! Many young people across the region have never heard the story of Jesus and His love.
Children and youth in Thailand face many challenges:
- Some 700,000 school-aged children have dropped out — many have been put to work to help support their families. Others fall into gangs or trafficking.
- 36% of Thai children have been groomed or propositioned online.
- A study by the Thailand Department of Children and Youth discovered in one recent month that among news stories about young people, more than 16% reported on sexual assault or abuse of minors and more than 15% dealt with child abuse.
